A Single Ranch. A Single Story.

One ranch. One herd. One name on the box.

Most meat sold in America passes through three to five hands before it reaches yours. Distributor. Wholesaler. Retailer. Maybe a co-packer. Each hand strips a margin point and a fact about the animal. Circle 7 owns every step from the calving pen to the box on your porch. No distribution centers. No grocery-chain margin. No ambiguity.

The Ranch

Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Elevation 5,925 feet.

We raise our cattle, hogs, and Dorper lamb on a ranch in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, in the heart of Sanpete County. The Sanpete Valley sits between the Wasatch Plateau and the San Pitch Mountains, with cold winters, dry summers, and high-protein dryland forage. It's some of the best small-herd cattle country in the Intermountain West, and it's where every Circle 7 animal is born, raised, and finished.

The ranch is family-operated. The cattle are handled the same hands from birth to harvest. The pigs grow up on the same pasture. The sheep graze the same hills.

The Processor

BarW, Nephi, Utah. USDA-inspected. 40 minutes from the ranch.

Every Circle 7 animal is processed under USDA inspection at BarW Custom Meats in Nephi, Utah. BarW is a regional, family-owned facility with low animal-stress handling and the same head butchers cutting our beef every week. Our cattle travel less than 40 minutes from pasture to processor. That short trip matters. Stress in the final hours of an animal's life shows up in the meat as cortisol-elevated pH, lower marbling expression, and tougher cuts. We chose BarW because their floor is calm.

All product carries the USDA inspection mark. Traceable lot codes. Documented from chill room to vacuum seal.

The Cold Chain

Colorado City, Arizona. Insulated boxes. Gel-pack cold.

From BarW, finished cuts move to our cold-chain packing facility in Colorado City, Arizona. We pack with insulated EFP boxes and Pelton-Shepherd gel packs, both rated for 36-48 hour transit cold-hold. Every order ships UPS or FedEx 2-day. You unbox meat that's still frozen-solid in the middle. We do not subscribe to "thawed-on-arrival is acceptable." It isn't.
