We ship from Colorado City, Arizona via UPS and FedEx 2-day service. Every box is packed with insulated EFP cold-chain liners and Pelton-Shepherd gel packs rated for 36-48 hours of cold-hold. If your meat arrives anything less than frozen-solid in the center, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

How We Pack
Gel Packs (Not Dry Ice)
Pelton-Shepherd Cryo-Ice gel packs. No dry ice fees. No CO2 burn risk. Recyclable.
Vacuum-Sealed Cuts
Every cut is vacuum-sealed at BarW immediately after portioning. Flash-frozen before packout.
Lot-Traceable
Every box carries a USDA-inspected lot code traceable to the animal and the harvest week.
Cutoffs & Ship Days
We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend layover in carrier warehouses. Order by Tuesday 11:59 PM Mountain to ship that week. Orders placed after that ship the following Monday.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
When You Receive Your Box
- Open immediately if possible. Confirm contents against the packing slip.
- Move all meat to your freezer (or refrigerator if you plan to use within 5 days for thawed cuts).
- The gel packs may be partially thawed on arrival. That's normal. The meat itself should be hard-frozen.
- If any package shows visible thaw, take a photo and contact us within 24 hours.
Our Guarantee
If your order arrives compromised, contact us at hello@circle7meat.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reship the affected items or refund at our discretion. No restocking fees. No back-and-forth.
