Three Genetics. One Ranch.

Ranch-Direct Beef From a Single Utah Herd.

Black Angus, F1 Wagyu Cross, and Full-Blood Wagyu, all raised on one ranch in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Finished slow, processed under USDA inspection at BarW in Nephi, shipped directly to your door. Choose the genetics that match what you're cooking.

Range Tier

Black Angus. The American standard, raised right.

Our Black Angus herd grazes the foothills of Mt. Pleasant, finished on a transparent grain ration in the final months for marbling and consistency. No hormones, no antibiotics, no grocery-chain margin. Foundation-tier pricing on cuts that beat most retailers' "premium" line.

The Range tier is where most kitchens should live for everyday cooking. Hamburger that tastes like beef. Roasts that don't disappoint. Steaks that don't apologize.

F1 Wagyu Cross. Half the price of Full-Blood. Most of the marbling.

F1 (first-cross) Wagyu is a Japanese Wagyu sire bred to a Black Angus dam. You get the intramuscular fat that defines Wagyu, layered onto the steak size and beefy backbone of American Angus. The cut everyone reaches for when they're tired of paying steakhouse markup for marbling.

Marbling target: BMS 6 to 8. Cooks beautifully on cast iron, on the grill, or reverse-seared. If you have one steak to introduce someone to Wagyu, this is it.

Bone-In Ribeye: $32 / lb

Master's Cut

Full-Blood Wagyu. BMS 8 and up. Limited release.

Full-Blood Wagyu means both sire and dam are 100% Wagyu genetics, traceable to Japanese registered bloodlines. We finish for 600+ days, target BMS 8 and above, and release small drops as animals reach harvest weight. This is the marbling Japan made famous, raised in the American Intermountain West.

Best for: a centerpiece cut. The dinner you've been waiting for. The gift you don't second-guess.
